Items over 2 kilos will be sent with Parcel force worldwide. A signature will be required for items sent in this manner - please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel: a work address can be specified for delivery. If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful Parcel force will leave a card with instructions for you to follow. Please note that Parcel force has until 5.30 to deliver.
Delivery charges will vary for Northern Ireland, Ireland and Highlands/Islands however will be shown in your shopping cart. Delivery charges with Parcelforce are more expensive to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Higlands/Islands due to the surcharge provided by Parcelforce.
We may be able to despatch orders within Europe please telephone or email for postage costs.
Orders are usually despatched within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays), subject to stock availability. You will be notified via email of any stock shortages. Next day delivery only applies to stock items and orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. Please select the appropriate option when selecting postage.
Exceptions are personalised items, where standard despatch times are 7-10 working days. If you need your goods in a hurry please let us know and we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in time.
We always hope that you will be happy with your purchases, but if you are not, you can return it within 21 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The goods must be in pristine condition, and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. Regrettably, we cannot refund the following items unless fault on our part:

All shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part.. If goods returned to us are damaged in transit, then we cannot issue a refund - please ensure goods are suitably packaged to avoid this.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item.
